We ship using USPS or UPS but I do include free shipping with a flat rate fee of $4.00 to pay for the shipping materials.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us at smellymellysoaps@gmail.com. You will need to pay for shipping on the return of shipment.

Exchanges

You have 30 days to decide if you would like to exchange your product for any other products listed in our shop. You will need to pay for shipping on the return item.
